FOUR MYTHS ABOUT CHRISTIAN POLITICAL ENGAGEMENT
As Christians, it’s easy to look at politics and want to walk away altogether. It’s much harder—and much more necessary—to engage in politics as one way of impacting our society. The question is: how do we engage in politics without compromising the gospel?
RECONCILING THE CENTRAL TENSION OF THE IMMIGRATION DEBATE
Politically speaking, comprehensive immigration reform is perhaps the ultimate Catch-22: Do we enforce the rule-of-law with people who have entered our country illegally? Or, do we compassionately assimilate undocumented peoples despite having broken our laws getting here in the first place?
HOW TO RESPOND TO MEDIA BIAS
The massive political divide we are experiencing in our country today is more than just about which side has the majority. Perhaps more than any other contributing factor, extreme media bias is darkening this chapter in America’s history by shaping and twisting narratives into conformity with secular worldviews.

The Foundation of a Strong Society
Strong families create strong societies. There is no question about it. Rebecca Hagelin, with Dr. James Dobson Family Talk, says it this way, “A stable family unit is the foundation on which to build a stable society and to raise stable children. Creating sound, stable families is so obviously the answer to saving our society from a litany of social ills and heartbreak that it is often overlooked in a search for more complex and less-effective ‘solutions.’”

Tomorrow, Christians Will Choose Our Next World Leader
Each of us makes thousands of decisions every day. Some decisions are good ones; eat a healthy meal, do something special to honor our spouse, purpose to play with our children. Some decisions are not so good; order that extra fast food item we didn’t need, sleep in and skip the gym, watch our favorite TV episode in lieu of reading our Bible. Just like this election, no matter what life brings in our paths, EVERY decision has at least two options; one would have a positive effect and the other a negative.

No other citizen can fully grasp what it means to be in the military. The First Thing Americans Did on D-Day
As word of the invasion began to disseminate across the airwaves in the US, Americans began to pray. Keith Huxen, a senior director at the National World War II Museum explains: “The reaction of many Americans, whenever they found out what was happening that day, was to attend religious services. Churches and synagogues were reportedly packed across the country.”

A Conversation with Ken Ham: Why Understanding Genesis is Foundational to the Christian Worldview
If we truly understand what it means to think correctly as Christians, our worldview has a position on everything. We may not know all the details, but we have a position because we start with the authority of the word of God. And that foundation comes from Genesis 1 to 11. In this insightful conversation between Ken and My Faith Votes, CEO, Jason Yates, Ken brings simple clarity and bold authority to issues we are facing both in culture and within the church. Issues like abortion, racism, gender, and marriage and questions like “How can there be a loving God if there is death and suffering in the world?”

At that time, there were no White, Black, Hispanic, or Asian delineations. We were all Americans. And there was one place that we gathered to find hope: our churches. Two-thirds of Christians vote—obeying Christ’s command to be salt and light in our world. But that’s precisely the environment into which Christ calls us to take the hope of the gospel.

A Prescription to Kill: A Conversation with Dr. Ingrid Skop
Over the last few years, European countries have conducted high-quality studies linking pregnancy outcomes with deaths. They found that a woman is six times as likely to commit suicide in the year following an abortion than following childbirth. Further data illustrates those countries with strict anti-abortion laws—like Poland—have the lowest maternal mortality rates and almost zero abortions. Meanwhile, the United States has the highest maternal mortality rate. Dr. Skop has been an obstetrician for over 30 years. Throughout her career, she has seen women who have been harmed by abortion, and now, with a dramatic increase in chemical abortions, even more women are being harmed. We can change course and improve our maternal mortality rates, but if we are going to be effective, we must first understand the issue.

They did not intend the March for Life to become an annual event but, today, the March for Life has been going on for 50 years. What began as a small demonstration has become the largest, longest-running, annual human rights demonstration worldwide. According to Jeanne Mancini, President of the March for Life, that annual demonstration contributed to the overturning of Roe v. Wade in 2022. We recently sat down with Jeanne to discuss Roe v. My Truth vs. The Truth: Explaining the Change in Generation Z
Feelings are an important way of thinking. God gave us feelings. But there's a philosophical issue that is at stake. We've tipped as a culture—moving away from seeking THE truth to talking about speaking OUR truth. We've stopped believing that truth is located out there somewhere objectively and in someplace stable where we can find it and orient ourselves to it and thinking that it's all [inside of us].
We’ve Been Given a Stewardship
I think it's important for us to understand that the key biblical category here is stewardship. We're given the stewardship of influence. And in our constitutional system of government, we're given the stewardship of a vote, which means, that the only question is whether our stewardship is faithful or unfaithful. Are we being good stewards or are we failing in stewardship?
