He's been living outside on a rooftop for over 100 days in the cold Chicago winter. We recently interviewed Pastor Corey Brooks about his efforts to bring awareness and raise funds for a community center in a neighborhood notorious for some of the worst gang activity and violent crime in all of Chicago.
Throughout the gospels, Jesus calls us to care for those in need, but few of us understand how that translates to the policies we support when we enter the voting booth. In this conversation, you’ll hear how Pastor Brooks is putting that call into extreme action through Project H.O.O.D.
