It is He who has made us, and not we ourselves;
We are His people and the sheep of His pasture.
Enter into His gates with thanksgiving,
And into His courts with praise.
Be thankful to Him and bless His name.
For the Lord is good;
His mercy is everlasting,
And His truth endures to all generations.
In Your Prayers, Remember:
- Pray for the city of Chicago which has recently experienced a weekend with 72 people being shot, 12 of whom died, including an 11-year old and 13-year old. Also pray for the city officials, law enforcement, and the first responders who are trying to mitigate the situation and that many would hear the voice of the Lord through this intractable violence and come to know Christ not only in Chicago but nationwide
- Pray for the efforts of the President, Governors, and faith leaders across the country in overhauling the prison system to provide a systematic pathway for those who truly seek to become productive citizens after paying their debt to society
We want to see God honored in America, and we pray for an unprecedented spiritual awakening.
