- The Second Amendment says nothing about drugs; however, there are implied powers within the Constitution, and the Supreme Court has the final say regarding how the Supreme Law is to be interpreted. This is called "case law."
- Prudence, the number one political virtue, must be practiced at all times in politics, and especially when our natural rights are being challenged. This underscores the importance of originalist judges who sit on the bench.
