That charge does not pause at convenience; it should compel us to ask hard questions about a system that profits from a mother's most vulnerable moment while offering her almost no real medical oversight in return.

Tyler Robinson to Stand Trial, Death Penalty Still on Table

- This trial forces a question our culture would rather avoid: what happens when political disagreement curdles into a belief that violence is justified against those who think differently? Charlie Kirk's death should sober anyone tempted to treat political opponents as enemies to be silenced rather than neighbors to be persuaded.
- The presumption of innocence and the demand for proof beyond a reasonable doubt exist precisely for moments like this, when public outrage is loudest. A justice system worth defending is one that holds firm to due process even when the crime is monstrous and the evidence appears overwhelming.
- Scripture teaches that vengeance belongs to the Lord, not the mob (Romans 12:19), even as it affirms government's God-given role to punish evildoers (Romans 13:4). Believers can hold both truths: grieving Kirk's death and trusting a lawful process to render justice rather than demanding it be rushed.

Lord, comfort the Kirk family as this trial moves forward, and give the jury clarity and discernment when the time comes to weigh the evidence. Guard our nation from the spirit of political violence, and raise up leaders who value life and truth over rage.

Liberty University Student Asks Supreme Court to Restore Aid

- Ask yourself why a state would fund a music degree but not a worship degree, or a business major but not pastoral ministry. That distinction only makes sense if government has quietly decided religious callings are less legitimate than secular ones, a judgment it has no constitutional authority to make.
- This case is really about whether "neutral" treatment of religion means excluding it from public life or simply not favoring it. The Court's recent trend suggests true neutrality means students should not be punished for choosing a religious major any more than for choosing an engineering one.
- Every Christian called into ministry should see themselves in Bethany Hall's story. Political language shapes public perception long before any court rules, and conservatives should be alert to how these labels are used to erode a constitutional right one euphemism at a time.
- This case tests whether "common use" really means what it says. If tens of millions of Americans already own AR-15-style rifles for lawful purposes, a government that bans them outright is not regulating a fringe weapon; it is disarming the mainstream.
- The right to defend one's family is not a modern invention or a political talking point; it echoes the builders in Nehemiah who worked "with one hand and held a weapon with the other" (Nehemiah 4:17). Christians should not be embarrassed to say that protecting one's household is a form of faithful stewardship, not aggression.
